Aerobic Work – Training 3/12/2013

Still feeling fatigued from my bad week. Spent today doing light aerobic work for recovery. Hung out at sub 60% heart rate the entire workout.

The workout

Airdyne for 60 minutes

Average wattage: 52

Going to take it easy the rest of the day and hope for a better day tomorrow.
