A1: Kettlebell Clean and Press 24kg (1,2,3) (1,2,3) (1,2,3) (1,2,3) (1,2,3)

A2: Chin-up + 45lbs (1,2,3) (1,2,3) (1,2,3) (1,2,3) (1,2,3)

Note: Didn’t have time to do snatches 😦

Considering that I’m feeling sick probably a good idea. Leaving something in the tank for another attempt at 50 presses on Friday.
