Morning Weight – 167.5 (Glycogen almost back to where it was)
Not much to report. I had a photo shoot today so I took it easy.
The next week is going to be very stressful so I am not going to follow my regular workout schedule. Workouts will be more focused on “practicing” movements.
I’ve learned to understand my body a lot more over the years. Forcing intense workouts during stressful periods is just asking for burnout.
I’ll continue to track my results.
