AM Workout

SMR – Upperbody

A1: Pull-up 9,8,7,6,6

PM Workout

SMR – Lowerbody
Leg Lowering 1
Rib Grab
Bear Crawl
Tall Kneeling Halo

Turkish Get up 24kg – 5 min continuous 4L/3R

Kettlebell Snatch 24kg 5+5 on the minute for 15 minutes + 15 minutes active recovery on the Air Dyne (directly after)

Notes: Feeling pretty accomplished today. Finally finished the first level of density snatches. Need to be more efficient with the amount of energy I’m using.

If I continue to improve my conditioning I’ll have more of a reserve and hopefully make less mistakes.
