Total weight Deadlifted: 3200lbs

*Got interrupted. The gym closed. Sadly I didn’t check the hours I thought I had time to complete the workout.

I’ll talk more about this workout in later blogs but there will be a few tweaks when I come back to it in 2014 (yea I said it 2014, this was only a treat since I’m on vacation, right now I have a singular focus, StrongFirst)
