The Workout

SMR – Upperbody

Deadlift
1x270x5
1x245x5

Bench Press
1x165x5
1x150x5

Pull-up 11,10,9,8,8

Note: First workout went almost without a hitch. I had to do this entire workout inside of the hotel gym  which wasn’t ideal. If all goes well I’ll get some high rep snatches done in the PM.
