AM Workout

SMR – Upperbody

A1:Deadlift
1x275x5
1x250x5

B1:Bench Press
1x170x5
1x155x5

C1: Pull-ups 11,10,9,9,8

Notes: So far so good. Calluses on my left hand becoming annoying. I’ll tape for tomorrows workout, give them a chance to heal.
