Notes: poor planning today. I added new variables (belt and tempo) and didn’t account for how they would affect my lifts. Chalk it up as a silly mistake I won’t make again.

I’m going to be Squatting every 5th day going forward as long as my schedule allows for it. Next Squat day will be Saturday morning before my Kettlebell social practice.
