Notes: A few variables changed today. I practiced at my “B” gym which is a commercial space so I had to fight to keep focused. The gym floor was cold and my left food was num the entire practice.
I also woke up with a noticeable amount of fatigue. Part due to work stress but I also think my Deadlifts had something to do with it. This is almost exclusively why I deadlift no more than once a week with low volume.
I’m not happy with the pace snatched at today. I’ll experiment with 10/10 next time I snatch with the 20kg and aim for a time closer to 4 minutes.
