Rushed the movement prep today and paid for it. Will get better about it.

Barbell Back Squat 185lbs x 5 reps (5,5,5,5,5)

I tried to mix some pull-ups in but that set off my leg trap so I stop around 15-20 of them.

Single Leg Bridge w/core activation

Double Kettlbell Swings 24kg – 5×10

Notes: I need to be better prepared and mentally focused for this practices. Wasted a lot of time today.
